Unity Capital Partners appointed exclusive investment manager to new Unity Real Estate platform

Under the terms of such appointment, UCP shall exclusively advise URE in relation to its U.S. investment strategy, portfolio structure, acquisition sourcing, asset selection, screening and due diligence, together with related international tax and corporate structuring advice, further capital raising and implementation of debt financing.

Investment & Asset Management Delegation

Once acquired, each property shall then be locally asset managed by Unity Capital Partners (US) LLP (a wholly owned subsidiary of UCP), acting under delegated authority but with an essential on-the-ground presence.
